SHIPPING & PAYMENT INFORMATION

When will my order ship?
It takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 11 am PST will not be shipped out until the next business day.


Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?
Final price is inclusive of tax and duties, however not all currencies have tax and duties included. O’HARA cannot control and is not responsible for any duties or taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, on rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

WATCH SPECS & WARRANTY

What type of movement is used?
Our battery-powered quartz watches use a Japanese Miyota and Seiko Precision Quartz Movement, which are one of the most well known and trusted in the industry. We also offer watches with self-winding automatic movements, ranging from Japanese-made Miyota automatic movements to Seiko automatic watch movements.


Are O’HARA watches waterproof?
All O’HARA watches feature water resistant technology, ranging between different ATM levels. Please refer to the product page under SPECS to find out the ATM level of a specific model.


What type of leather is used?
All our leather straps are made out of genuine leather.


What is the glass made of?
The glass we use for 90% of our watches is made of sapphire crystal, this is best quality glass out there. For other 10% we use hardened mineral glass. 


Is there a warranty?
O’HARA has a limited 2 years manufacturer’s defects warranty from the original purchase date. We allso offer PROTECT PLUS plan you can read more on our PROTECT PLUS page.


How do I replace my battery?
All of our watch batteries can be found at any electronic store, as well as most watch repair or jewelry shops. Any watch repair shop or Jeweler should be able to assist you with the battery replacement. We don't suggest replacing the battery, as it requires some special tools and you could damage the watch.

What is your return/exchange policy?
Any new product can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. We offer free and easy returns for all domestic and international orders for items placed on oharawatches.com.
